Training Coordinator
Locations: All Cyprus
Job Role
As a Training Coordinator at McDonald’s, you will be working in a pleasant work environment that requires teamwork and professionalism.
Main Duties:
- Store Visiting and training for Restaurant Crew.
- Training of the Restaurant Crew Trainers.
- Coordination of restaurant training programs.
- Creation and upgrade of training material.
- Participation in various programs of the Training Department.
- Presentations of various topics in seminars.
- Creating and maintaining a good climate and communication with the other departments.
Qualifications required
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language.
- University Level Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- One to two years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in the customer service field will be considered as an advantage.
- Specialized training in presentation, communication or coaching skills will be considered as an advantage.
- Personal integrity.
