Ideal Candidates:
- Law Degree
- Fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English at a proficient business level
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office
- Customer service orientated
- Professional manner and appearance
- At least 5 years relevant experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Legal documents (Sales/Purchase and Rental Agreements, Commission Agreements etc.)
- Welcoming visitors and clients
- Manage/direct incoming calls from clients
- Manage/direct incoming leads from online sources
- Record details in the CRM database system
- Route inward and outward correspondence
- Office organization and reporting
- Electronic and hard copy archive of company /sales associates’ documents
- Preparation of reports
- Report to the Office Manager
- Provide overall support and assistance to the sales associates
