We seek to recruit a personal assistant to work closely with the Managing Director and undertake the functions of office administration.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of office internal functions.
• Assistance and support to management.
• Routing of all calls and correspondences.
• Archiving of documents.
• Communication and facilitation of client business.

Qualifications and required skills:

• Education: Minimum High School Diploma with previous experience or formal training for the position.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Professional appearance.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Able to make decisions and solve problems.
• Computer literate.

Remuneration:
