CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1st line support, providing customer service, troubleshooting technical support and installation of tracker systems.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- University Degree
- Functional skills / Technically adept and avid interest in new technologies.
- Integrity and trust.
- Interpersonal savvy with the ability to communicate and engage all levels of internal and external customers.
- Active listening.
- Patience and perseverance.
- Priority setting.
- Problem solving.
- Time management.
- Excellent greek and English written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
- Experience in working with multiple software / platforms.
