Accountant

Avant Management Services Ltd is seeking to recruit an Accountant for full time employment in Larnaca

Job Description

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Handling the Accounting and VAT duties for a number of active companies
  2. Preparing the relevant files for the annual audit and liaising with external auditors
  3. Completing bank reconciliations and payments as required
  4. Supporting Management with the preparation of various financial reports
  5. Any other adhoc projects required by Management

Required Qualifications

Key Skills/Experience:

  1. Minimum 5+ years relevant working experience
  2. Educated to degree level in Accounting/Finance considered an advantage, but not essential
  3. Holder of any relevant accounting qualification (LCCI etc) is considered an advantage
  4. School Leaving Certificate
  5. Very good knowledge of the English and Greek language
  6. Computer literate (i.e. MS Office, ECDL, etc)
  7. Be able to work perfectly on Accounting software (E-SOFT)
  8. Commercial focus to understand clients’ issues
  9. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  10. Team oriented
