On behalf of a client, IMH seeks to employ an:

IT Support Officer

Responsibilities

• general IT support to all departments
• Maintain IT inventory management for all IT equipment and/or software in accordance with company policy and procedures
• Administrate network equipment and servers making sure services are running smoothly and backup systems are in place
• Assist and resolve daily technical issues
• Review and ensure the business is compliant with IT licenses
• Configure new computers, phones and other devices
• Provide creative and innovative ideas to meet the business needs
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Assist in other projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems
• 1 to 2 years of corporate IT experience
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS/IOS operating systems
• Basic knowledge – mySQL and PHP
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language

Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate methodological problem solving and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work on several tasks at once with frequent interruptions while meeting deadlines
• Must be a team player and be willing to work independently with minimal supervision
• Be able to assist with occasional afterhours emergency
