Responsibilities
- Acting as the point of contact between the manager and employees
- Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Any ad-hoc tasks
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar
- Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial/Administration studies(preferable)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Polite, responsible, reliable person
