Responsibilities

  • Acting as the point of contact between the manager and employees
  • Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Any ad-hoc tasks

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar
  • Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial/Administration studies(preferable)
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Polite, responsible, reliable person
