Prime Property Group: Ζητείται Personal Assistant – Λεμεσός
Prime Property Group is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. Prime Property Group is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Personal Assistant.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- To provide PA/Secretarial support to the CEO
- Performing variety of personal requests from the CEO
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO
- Take notes and provide general assistance during presentations and meetings.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Conducting travel arrangements when required from the CEO.
- Assist in any duties, general office administration, projects and activities.
Requirements for the position:
- Fluency in English, Russian language also a must
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position is a must
- Ideal candidate should come from financial/construction or/and travel agency background.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages and computer literate
- Strong ability to make conclusion-based decisions and work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure
