Work Content

• Recording of accounting entries and preparation of payroll for a portfolio of clients.
• Submission of Social Insurance and Tax returns.
• Preparation of files for annual audits and liaison with auditors.
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related goals as needed.

Skills and Experience

• University degree(s) in Accounting, Finance related areas OR CAT OR LCCI third level Diploma.
• Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
• A good knowledge of accounting is expected.
• A working knowledge of procedures for submissions to Social Insurance and Tax Department, including VAT would be considered an advantage.
• Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Organised and able to work independently (under supervision).
• A team player.
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality and accuracy and an eye for detail.
• Professional conduct and presentation.

2.  Auditors

Work Content

• Participate in the audit of small and medium sized firms.
• Process financial statements using Caseware under IFRS.
• Communicate with clients and liaise on audit issues.
• Review accounting procedures and systems and identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.

Skills and Experience

• University degree(s) preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields or CAT or LCCI third level Diploma, or commencing or partly completed ACA, ACCA or CPA.
• Experience in audit and tax will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge and/or background in accounting.
• Knowledge of Caseware International will be considered an advantage.
• Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Organised and able to work in a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality and accuracy and an eye for detail.
• Professional conduct and presentation.
