1. AMIU Inspector – Λάρνακα
Hermes Airports Ltd invites applications for the position of AMIU Inspector at Larnaka Airport.
The AMIU Inspector is reporting to the Team Leader Airside. Main areas of responsibility include inspecting the airfield lighting, pavements, aircraft directional signage, strips and markings in the maneuvering areas; recording safety occurrences, including accidents and incidents; implementing the FOD management program; coordinating airside operations; participating in the Wildlife Hazard Management Plan; monitoring airside works and enforcing safety regulations and the airside vehicle operators program; participating in the response to airport emergencies and incidents; performing and participating in safety inspections and audits, hazard identification, safety risk assessments and investigations of safety occurrences.
The interested candidates shall be able to work shifts on a 24-hour basis.

2. Database Administrator
Hermes Airports invites applications for the position of Database Administrator.
The Database Administrator is reporting to the Senior Manager IT & T. The Database Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation and support of the corporate and airports’ systems and databases. Main areas of responsibility include the consistent focus on ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and systems; the validation and monitoring of the redundancy, stability, performance and scalability of systems; the installment, configuration and maintenance of the SQL Servers including monitoring the health of SQL instance and performance; the patch management and upgrades for the databases of the servers; the daily backup monitoring and administration and the high availability of infrastructure and implementation of disaster recovery tests.
Required Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any other related field
- Minimum two years working experience in a Windows Domain environment and with database administration using Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server backup and recovery scenario
- Very good knowledge of MS SQL (T-SQL) and MS BI stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
- Very good knowledge and understanding of networking (TCP/IP), virtualization and related systems required for devices to use network resources successfully (DNS, DHCP).
- Fluency in Greek and English languages

3. Coordinator Operations Centre – Pafos Airport
The Coordinator Operations Centre reports to the Manager Operations Control. Main areas of responsibility include the coordination of all airside and terminal activities ensuring the safe, secure and efficient airport operations; conduction of airside and terminal inspections; allocation of airport facilities; implementation of all emergency and contingency procedures, in the event of an airport emergency; monitoring of the passenger flows within the airport; provision of high levels of customer service; preparation of daily reports and the provision of assistance to customers that use the airport car parking facilities, when needed.
The positions are on a seasonal basis for the period June to October 2022. The interested candidates shall be able to work shifts on a 24-hour basis.
