Guest Services Manager

The Guest Services Manager is an important and crucial role in our operations. More than any other member of our team, you will be in position to shape our guests and patients’ experience and coordinate their journey with us.

The position:

• Undertake a variety of tasks assisting the Director throughout daily operations.
• Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
• Guest service – minded with exceptional communication skills.
• Serve the position of reception for greeting patients and answering calls.
• Develop and manage, the daily scheduling system of team members and patients.
• Liaise between departments and patients for the coordination of operations and treatments.
• Oversee the accurate recording and faithful execution of the medical team’s guidelines and protocols.
• Keeping team calendars updated and in order.
• Invoices issuing and ensuring accounts are settled.
• Scheduling and monitoring transport services.

Main Requirements:

• A relevant degree or diploma.
• A minimum of 3 plus years in similar position.
• Fluency in both English and Greek, oral and written.
• Knowledge of Russian will be considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional and articulated.
• Able to multitask and prioritise task under pressure.
• Administrative and organisational skills.
• Computer literacy – excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
