Operation Coordinator
LEDRA ENA SHIPPING CY LTD with offices in Limassol, seeks to recruit a Operation Coordinator to join our expanding team. The successful applicant will ideally hold 1 year of relevant experience within similar to Operation Coordinator and or Agency for vessels. Knowledge of Greek and excellent communication skills in English is ideal. Any previous experience and knowledge with shipping and management will be considered a significant advantage. Ideally we seek an individual to be employed on a Full-Time basis.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communication with Vessels.
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading and etc).
- Coordinate/Update Vessels.
- Maintain updated records for customers.
- Email communication.
- Agency.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- 1+ years of relevant experience is ideal.
- Excellent organisational and time management experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek & English (Written & Spoken).
- Previous experience and knowledge with shipping and management will be considered a significant advantage.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
