We are looking for an Office Administrator / Secretary in Limassol office. Only Cyprus residents.

Job description:

a)    Perform general office support duties as requested, monitoring and ordering refreshments, kitchen and office supplies;
b)    Take care of the office, pay office bills and visit governmental authorities from time to time;
c)    Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
d)    Sending and receiving facsimiles, e-mails and liaising with clients over the telephone;
e)    Managing client files, filing, archiving, labelling and photocopying;
f)    Composing and typing routine letters, memo, reports, minutes of meetings, etc;
g)    Translation of documents while maintaining correct grammar, format, and content;
h)    Sorting incoming correspondence and organizing and sending outgoing post;
i)    Working with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, I.R.D, and filling out relevant forms;
j)    Assisting with opening and maintaining of foreign clients’ bank accounts;
k)    Finding & negotiating for local apartments for employees
l)    Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications required:

  • University degree or Diploma in Secretarial studies or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as Secretary / Administrator.
  • Native Russian speaker & fluent English is a must. Greek is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills & ability to multi-task, troubleshoot and resolve problems while under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
