1.  Technical Dpt. – Manager

We are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable individual for the position of Technical dpt. manager that will be responsible for the overall performance of the Technical department .

Requirements

  • University / College Graduate in the field of Computer engineering and other relative studies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English language – written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • A very good knowledge of Consumer Electronic products will be consider an advantage.

Job Description

  • Supervise, coach and train technical workforce
  • Plan and manage RMA, transportation and customer services
  • Direct, optimise and coordinate full RMA cycle
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, repair times, transport costs and efficiency of both incoming and outgoing items.
  • Arrange spare part warehouse, repair routes and process service tickets
  • Resolve any rising problems or complaints
  • Comply with regulations and ISO requirements

2.  Sales Dpt. – Product Manager

We are looking to recruit motivated individuals for the position of Product Managers, who will promote specific product lines to the Company’s Channel Partners, build the Channel Partner Network and meet sales and profit targets

Requirements:

  • University / College Graduate in the field of Business Studies, Marketing, Information Technology or other relative field.
  • A very good knowledge of IT products.
    • Good knowledge of Greek and English language – written and spoken.
    • A successful track record in sales, pleasant character, and able to create and maintain long-term business relationship.
  • Good knowledge of the Cyprus IT Market will be consider an advantage.
    • Full, Clean Driving License and the willingness to visit customers in all towns.
    • Previous experience in a similar position.

  • Good knowledge of Office suite programs.
  • Knowledge of IT products will be consider an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience in a similar position will be consider an advantage.
