• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Knowledge of any additional language will be considered as an advantage
• Professional telephone & email manner
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow deadlines
• Excellent computer literacy (MS office all programs)
• Excellent organizational/administrative skills
• Confident personality with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team & follow guidelines/company policies
• Previous office experience will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to adapt and learn fast all responsibilities
