Position Description
- General administration duties
- Administration functions in relation to accounting and payroll
- Purchasing and sourcing the office needs, including the follow-up and monitoring supplier orders
- Arranging business trips, Plan and coordinate flights and hotels, car rentals for business trips.
- Coordination of daily tasks
- Running errands
Position Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Fluent in Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
- Computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience and university degree will be considered an advantage
- Flexible, comfortable with deadlines, and able to work well under pressure
- Driving license
