For a CY based company in Fintech Events and News field

Seeking for a Junior Accountant

Fantastic opportunity of experience gain and growth

Duties and Responsibilities:

Journal Posting

Issue of invoices, receipts etc.

Receivable and payable postings and reconciliations

Weekly/monthly ad-hoc finance report assistance

Bank records and reconciliations

Assist in financial related matters including but not limited to the year-end closings and audit process

Liaise with authorities and third parties as and when required

Any other related duties as required

Requirements and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance in CY

Good knowledge of accounting/tax/VAT and related principles

Excellent command of English (both verbal & written)

Advanced skills of MS Office, especially Excel

Experience with other financial systems

Detail – oriented, punctual, dynamic, self – driven and highly analytical professional

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines

Candidates must have the right to live and work in Cyprus
