FRONT DESK OFFICER

Anemi Hotel & Suites is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. The Front Desk Officer performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks on daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Checking guests in and out in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling reservations, both over the phone and online
- Answering phones and directing calls as necessary
- Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information about the hotel’s facilities and services
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Solid knowledge of English & Greek languages
- Proficiency in using Protel or similar hotel management system
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful, and proactive when issues arise
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
