Customer service representative
Surprice Car Rentals, a global car rental company, is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to support the continual growth of the brand across the world. The country operates in 30+ countries and enjoys a portfolio of 50+ global partners.
The role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via different channels
- Answer to customer queries in a timely manner
- Placing reservations for customers based on their requirements and budget
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with reservations
- Assisting customers with questions regarding the reservation process
- Supporting customers who need to amend or cancel a reservation
- Managing all the customers’ calls and emails
- Maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude toward customers
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service position
- Efficiency, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work in shifts
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
