Are you willing to work within an international office team in the Human Resources Department?

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our human resources department. In this position, you will issue employment documents such as contracts and termination letters, manage employee records, track crew changes and update files, assist with payroll and reports. On a daily basis, you will answer e-mails and phone calls, maintain liaison with the crew and Hotel Managers onboard vessels, ensuring that HR department is being kept in the loop and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
We are willing to train the right person, however our ideal candidate is a quick learner that has experience within human resources or admin work and is proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook a must) and English language.
The suitable candidate will start mid-March.
