Marketing & Digital Marketing supervisor

Masari Payment Services Ltd, a European money transfer company with a wide network of agents and partners offering transfers to more than 150 destinations worldwide is looking to recruit (full-time) a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing & Digital Marketing supervisor.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of necessary actions, with the aim of promoting and improving the brand of the Company, promoting products, and building a lasting digital connection with consumers which serve the Marketing plan and the company’s strategy locally and abroad.
• Develop a reliable and accurate marketing information system (statistics, target market info, competitor research etc.)
• Consult with other departments, oversee, and monitor company’s promotional events in Cyprus and abroad, especially on special days or holidays and celebration periods of the year (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Carnival, etc.)
• Coordinate and assist in the setup and management of ad campaigns and collaborate with graphic designers to create artwork, when necessary, by using various digital media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tik Tok, LinkedIn etc.
• Managing any necessary correspondence with suppliers, distributors and partners related with Marketing/Digital Marketing, as well as perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
• Creation and management of relevant marketing/digital marketing databases and filing system accordingly for maintaining records online and hard copy.
• Manage approved marketing budget and reporting to the management expenses/analyze ROAS (Return on ad spend) benchmarks
• Ensure that the company’s profile and marketing/digital marketing actions are up to date with legal publishing regulations
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the management in relation to the subject of Marketing/Digital Marketing

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Exceptional knowledge of English language (verbal and written)
• Business Marketing or Marketing related University Degree and preferably post graduate studies in Digital Marketing and/or professional qualification in digital marketing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Proven hands-on experience on managing projects
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Social Media Management skills, knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and online analytics
• A knowledge of Photoshop or Canva is highly appreciated
• Cypriot Citizenship or work permit
• Ability to multi-task, meet strict deadlines and work independently on projects
• Discretion and trustworthiness will often be part of confidential information.
• Able to be proactive and take initiative
• Professional attitude
