KYC/Receptionist vacancy in consulting firm – Limassol
We are currently seeking to recruit a KYC/Receptionist to join our young and dynamic team in Limassol.
Qualifications:
- Performing the due diligence procedure on new Clients, requesting the needed KYC information, documentation.
- Welcoming office guests and directing them to the person or office they are visiting.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for employees and coordinating with clients regarding the meetings.
- Keeping office records up to date.
- Performing various other clerical tasks including faxing, transcribing, and filing.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Performs other duties.
