Operations & Administration Officer – Logistics Department
Kostas A Zaharia Ltd is currently recruiting a highly organised operations and administration officer to join our Logistics Department in Kofinou, Larnaca. The ideal candidate must be dynamic, able to multi-task and work well under pressure and with time constraints. The position requires ease with taking initiatives and problem solving. Duties and responsibilities
- Communication and coordination with different departments
- Monitoring of supply chain flow, including but not limited to scheduling loadings, shipments and transportation of goods
- Coordination with clients for payments and issue resolution
- Data input and record keeping
- Other administrative duties
Requirements
- Fluent English and Greek – written and verbal
- Computer literate – very good knowledge of Microsoft office Excel and Word
- Good communication and monitoring skills
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment and to deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of SAP system is preferred but not a must
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not a must
Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (lunch break 1 hour)
