Responsibilities

  • Organising import shipments and documents.
  • Tracking and communication of shipment status with customers.
  • Contacting trading companies by telephone and email for promoting and informing about our company services.
  • Answering telephone calls.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Experience in freight forwarding/logistics will be considered as a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point).
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
  • Excellent organisational & multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and able to make outbound calls to customers.
  • Pleasant personality.

Working hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (30 minutes lunch break)
