SYNTHESIS Center for Research and Education Ltd: Ζητείται Secretary / Personal Assistant to the Director – Λευκωσία
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- General office administration tasks, such as handling incoming emails, distributing memos and managing correspondence.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries.
- Booking appointments and planning the director’s weekly schedule.
- Keeping up with the director’s day-to-day schedule and following up.
- Organizing and attending meetings (taking minutes when required).
- Preparing and delivering to the director all necessary documents needed for meetings in a timely manner.
- Preparing documents, presentations, reports.
- Performing day-to day tasks assigned by the director.
Required Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree in Secretarial studies, Business Administration or other relevant degree Minimum 3 years previous experience in a secretarial role or in office management.
- Excellent command of Greek and English both written and verbal.
- Outstanding office management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel) as well as filing systems.
- Highly motivated.
- Pleasant and confident personality.
