Accounting Assistant Manager
Andreas Petsas & Sons Public Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Assistant Manager to join our team.
Location: Nicosia (Head Office)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records and bookkeeping
- Performing monthly reconciliations of suppliers, debtors and banks
- Preparation of payroll
- Ensure all Debtors’ invoices are paid as per the terms and conditions.
- Invoice matching
- Checking debtor’s balances and chasing of debtor’s outstanding payments.
- Performing any other job-related duties as requested.
Requirements & Skills:
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, proactive and perform under deadline pressure. The required qualifications are:
- LCCI Level 3 Higher in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience using commonly used accounting software
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
