CRM Administrator (Afternoon Shift)

If you’ve been searching for an opportunity that will put you on the fast track to career success, you’ve just found it. Wise World Analytics Ltd currently has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for a CRM Administrator (Afternoon Shift) at our Offices in Limassol.

Main Role

• Creating and updating daily reports/spreadsheets;
• Follow up on requests for reports on demand;
• Handling tickets that come from the sales employees;
• Monitoring that the clients are being called according to the structure;
• Live optimization of our clients through the CRM;
• Responsible for assigning the new clients to the agents within a timeframe;
• Ability to work from Monday to Friday 15:00 – 00:00. Holidays and Weekends are on Rotation with Extra Payment. (Weekends include one weekend per month).

Qualifications

• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel will be considered as an advantage;
• Fluent in English language, both verbal and written;
• Previous experience in similar role or experience in Forex industry will be considered as an advantage;
• Experience in similar position or with CRM software will be considered as an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously;
• Experience in working under pressure with loud environment.
