Whizgrid Ltd: Ζητείται Personal Assistant – Λεμεσός
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide support to our Executive Directors. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the daily schedule, coordinating meetings and events, and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of executives
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Manage expenses and process reimbursements
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies
- Perform any other related tasks required by the office (filling, payments, invoicing etc)
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Self-starter, able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
