Golden Comet Marine Ltd is looking for an organized and motivated individual for the position of the Secretary/Office Administrator for our office in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate general office administration tasks
- Managing telephone enquiries, correspondence and filling in a professional level
- Prepare letters, quotations, authorization letters
- Provide assistant to the managing director
- Issuing invoices, receipts, follow up on any unsettled account and bank reconciliation
- Managing meetings and appointments
- Standard administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as administrative assistant or secretary
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Greek
- Excellent computer skills (internet, word, excel, outlook)
- Accounting knowledge (Knowledge of any accounting program will be consider as advantage)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, self-motivated and dynamic
- Strong attention to details
