Kaleide’s Group: Ζητείται Administrative Receptionist – Λεμεσός

Kaleide’s Group team is currently seeking an Administrative Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and manage various administrative and clerical responsibilities on a daily basis at our offices in Limassol.

DUTIES

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential information
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Distribute and store correspondence Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery to ensure the smooth office operations
  • Keep stock of office applications and place order when is necessary
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
  • Performing other relevant administrative duties when is heeded

REQUIRMENT

  • Diploma or a bachelor degree in business, administration, or in a related field
  • Two or more-year’s office administration working experience
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications, primarily, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Detail oriented multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Handling personal information
