P. Commercial Credit Management Ltd: Ζητείται Γραμματέας/ Office Administrator – Λεμεσός
We are looking for a Secretary/Office Administrator for our office in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate general office administration tasks
• Managing telephone enquiries, correspondence and filling in a professional level
• Prepare letters, quotations, authorization letters
• Provide assistant to the managing director
• Issuing invoices, receipts, follow up on any unsettled account and bank reconciliation
• Managing meetings and appointments
• Standard administrative duties as required
Requirements:
• Previous experience as administrative assistant or secretary
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Greek
• Excellent computer skills (internet, word, excel, outlook)
• Accounting knowledge (Knowledge of any accounting program will be consider as advantage)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, self-motivated and dynamic
• Strong attention to details
