We are looking for an energetic person to join our growing family in Limassol as an Admin Assistant.
Requirements :
- English native is a must
- Excel full control, including functions
- Exceptional work ethics, organized, precise, and with the ability to think independently, and prioritise work
- Experience in admin duties required
Duties:
- The day-to-day will include tasks such as:
- Handling corporate documents, including updating credit card and legal information to the various softwares
- Keep updated staff documents and global team reports (including absences, travel, expense reimbursements, forms, slips, birthdays, etc.)
- Entering and collecting financial and contact data into Excel tables
- Searching and comparing suppliers, comparing prices (including handling overseas travel and bookings)
- Organization of welfare activities for global branches
- Sourcing and purchase of office equipment, and handling of global couriers
- Assistance to department managers in recruitment platforms (not including interviews or calls)
