We are looking for an energetic person to join our growing family in Limassol as an Admin Assistant.

Requirements :

  • English native is a must
  • Excel full control, including functions
  • Exceptional work ethics, organized, precise, and with the ability to think independently, and prioritise work
  • Experience in admin duties required

Duties:

  • The day-to-day will include tasks such as:
  • Handling corporate documents, including updating credit card and legal information to the various softwares
  • Keep updated staff documents and global team reports (including absences, travel, expense reimbursements, forms, slips, birthdays, etc.)
  • Entering and collecting financial and contact data into Excel tables
  • Searching and comparing suppliers, comparing prices (including handling overseas travel and bookings)
  • Organization of welfare activities for global branches
  • Sourcing and purchase of office equipment, and handling of global couriers
  • Assistance to department managers in recruitment platforms (not including interviews or calls)
