We are now recruiting for an Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team.
Administrative Officer
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include organizing and overseeing all administrative and clerical functions to ensure our operations run as efficiently as possible. Reports to: Direct Team Leader
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor the office administration.
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
• Provide secretarial and administration support.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Arrange travel and accommodations.
• Bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Customer support requests taking and tracking through an automated system.
Education and Experience
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
• LCCIs Financial & Quantitative Level 1 & 2 will be considered an advantage.
• Working experience or knowledge of accounting software would be considered an advantage.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Fluent in Greek and English language is required.

• Up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Technology enthusiast with an eagerness of working with new systems and technologies.
