Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Provide support in preparing and organizing materials.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external communications.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in office administration is considered as an advantage).
  • LLC Higher
  • Previous experience in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is considered as an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
