Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide support in preparing and organizing materials.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external communications.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in office administration is considered as an advantage).
- LLC Higher
- Previous experience in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is considered as an advantage).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
