Job Title : HR Officer
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- Execute HR and administrative tasks (e.g., employee records maintenance/update, annual leaves, employment contracts, submission of documents to authorities, rewards, medical and provident fund plans, etc.)
- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance for any employee-related matters which may arise (e.g. employee concerns or issues, payroll queries, questions, etc.)
- Assist in the coordination of the recruitment and selection process (e.g. attraction and selection of candidates, preparation of offer letters and employment contracts, on-boarding process, etc.), in collaboration with the HR Manager
- Coordinate and assist the implementation of the performance evaluation system and ensure alignment with other HR practices
- Support the implementation for the learning and development programs, based on the needs of the Company as well as individual needs
- Provide support for the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide support to the HR Manager for the execution of the payroll process and related transactions
- Perform other related duties assigned
Requirements:
- University Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or in any other related discipline
- Any previous related experience in professional organizations will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal
- Excellent computer literacy
