Assistant Managing Director

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• To lead the business ensuring that all objectives and targets are met and lead to achieve overall company goals.
• To build the presence of the SIGMA brand, experience and product.
• Be responsible for implementing the overall ownership philosophy in terms of people, commercial, culture etc.

MAIN DUTIES

• To have the overall responsibility for the company’s performance.
• To ensure effective and efficient day to day management of the company’s operations.
• To ensure that the company’s goals are successfully and professionally implemented.
• Ensure that all activity in various departments of the company is carried out cost effectively and efficiently within agreed budgets.
• To ensure that all company’s operations comply with statutory regulations in force at any given time and that rules and regulations imposed by the company’s governing bodies are adhered to.
• To devise and implement, in all areas of the company’s operations, programmes that target to deliver specified and measurable performance and outcomes.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of five years’ experience at Senior Management level within an organization.
• Demonstrate creative excellence and communication skills.
• Effective negotiating, influencing and time management skills.
• Identify, address and resolve performance issues promptly and clearly.
• Have Personal integrity (ability for others to trust quickly) and reliability.
• Drive and determination (gets things done).
• Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Significant experience of setting targets for improvement activity and excellent staff management skills.
• Gear on sales advancement
• Capacity to lead
• Capacity to adapt and implement the company strategy within limited time framework.
• Preferably food and/or hospitality background
• Professional proficiency level of Greek language will be a favourable skill.
