EKA Ltd: Ζητείται Secretary/ Telephonist – Λεμεσός
This person will be providing administrative/secretarial support to management team of the company as well as handling the incoming/outgoing phone calls. This person must be fluent in English & Greek.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and monitoring of the daily schedule of the management team
- Drafting and correction of letters, documents, reports and agreements
- Handling, management, and file-saving of incoming and outgoing correspondence (postal, electronic, faxes, etc)
- Welcoming of visitors/customers
- Handling of incoming/outgoing calls
- Handling of travel reservations for the management team
- Protection of personal data
- Anything else requested from the management team
Education/Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Degree of secretarial studies will be considered an advantage
Knowledge:
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
- Good knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Professionalism
- Organizational skills and effective time management
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of Russian language will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP System will be an advantage
