JOB PURPOSE:

The Administrator/Receptionist will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer phones professionally and direct calls as needed
  • Managing company correspondence as required e.g. emails, letters, etc.
  • Welcoming customers/guests and introducing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Keep an orderly front desk and reception
  • Typing, preparing, and disseminating correspondence, memos, invoices, forms, and agreements
  • Create and maintain up-to-date electronic and physical file system
  • Provide assistance to tenants and owners when needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Be able to host and serve customers/guests upon arrival
  • Undertaking filing, scanning, electronic filing and any other organization task
  • Handling Tower’s security and maintenance issues

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Fluency in the Russian and English language
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of programs MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Greek Language will be considered as an advantage
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

 

JOB TYPE:

Full-time38 per week

SalaryAn attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.

 

Schedule:

  • Day Shift
  • Monday to Friday
