Our law firm Christophi & Associates LLC is looking for applicants to fulfil the position of Office Manager/Administrator.
Main duties:
- Handle practice management/accounting software.
- Administer and handle office activities.
- Assist lawyers with daily tasks.
- Manage client’s activities.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills And Experience:
- Secondary school leaving certificate / Secretarial studies / office management.
- At least three years experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language (spoken & written)
- Computer literate (MS Office suite and ability to learn software tools and applications used by the company).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Working hours 8.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday with 1 hour break, 8.00-13.00 Friday.
