Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Sanctum at the Icon in Limassol Municipality. The role will require answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting and directing customers, handling customer inquiries, managing clerical tasks, and generally enhancing the customer experience at he facility.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software programs
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent English language is required, Greek and Russian can be considered a plus.
