Easternmed Asset Management Services Ltd, a leading Management Company licensed and regulated by CySEC, managing mutual funds and providing MiFID services for investment portfolios on a discretionary and advisory basis, seeks a motivated individual as their Office Administrator to join their team in Nicosia.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support (copying, scanning, filing, updating records etc.)
  • Assist with HR matters (keep records of employees’ annual leaves, trainings etc.)
  • Liaise with office suppliers and other associates
  • Organize, keep track and replenish office and stationery supplies on time
  • Deal with phone calls and incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Prepare envelopes and dispatch documents and packages via local and international courier services
  • Prepare board meeting room and greet associates
  • Organize accommodation of staff and visiting members of the team
  • Communicate with clients and Authorities
  • Prepare reports and letters to clients and Authorities
  • Communicate with lawyers, auditors, other associates and governmental authorities
  • Communicate with local and international banks; complete forms and prepare documents for submission to banks
  • Collect KYC and due diligence documents
  • In some occasions deliver packages, documents and other items to associates and governmental authorities
  • Provide assistance to the Legal and Compliance Departments of the Company
  • Provide administration and secretarial support to Senior Management
  • Perform other administrative duties

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or related field
  • Diploma in Paralegal will be considered as an advantage
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office Packages)
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Professional attitude and excellent organizational skills
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication abilities
  • Highly ethical, trustworthy, reliable and team player

Remuneration and Benefits

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, including 13th salary and health insurance.
