Our construction company, based in Limassol, is looking for a new motivated team member in the position of Office Administrator.
Position: Office Administrator
Employment Type: Full-time/ Permanent
Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
Location: Limassol
Annual Leave: 21 days
Key responsibilities:
- Basic accounting administration.
- Reception duties and secretarial duties.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Preparation of invoices and receipts.
- General office organization.
- Managing office equipment and ordering supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and filing system, including employees’ database information, office expenses, and clients’ contracts.
- Assist in budget tracking of projects and financial reporting as needed.
- Assistance to the Managing Director.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, accounting team, banks and various authorities.
- Preparation of any required document, application, form and tender.
- Any external task required.
Qualifications:
- Any university diploma.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English language.
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks.
- Holder of a valid driving license.
- Friendly, professional and polite demeanor.
