Zeus Administrative Services LTD, a corporate provider based in Cyprus, is looking for Corporate Administrator.
- Collecting and reviewing Know Your Client (KYC) documentation
- Record keeping and administration duties (Preparation of Minutes/ Resolutions, ensuring corporate registers are updated etc.)
- Preparing relevant corporate documents for the Banks’ compliance departments
- Arranging for documents to be executed, certified and/or apostilled
- Filing corporate changes with Registrar of Companies and following up
- Other ad hoc duties
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Greek and English language (additional language will be considered as an advantage)
- Knowledge of eBOS will be considered as an advantage
- Communication and team work skills
- Organizational skills
