Ζητείται Executive Secretary – Λευκωσία
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant in a law, corporate services, or accounting firm.
- Native Greek speaker. Fluent in English. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
- Advanced typing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a team-based environment.
- University qualifications would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and other lawyers.
- Type, edit and format legal and non-legal documents and correspondence.
- Administer the office case filing system.
- Liaise with corporate advisers such as accountants, banks and social insurance agencies.
- Assist with accounting, office payments and reporting.
- Handle phone calls and communications with clients and staff.
