La Mer Homes is currently seeking to recruit a Cleaner to be a part of our growing company. The general responsibilities to the position are as follows, but are not limited to:

• To be a cleaner and part of the Companies Cleaning – Housekeeping Department
• To follow the cleaning schedules provided by the Manager and perform the arrival, departure, mid stay cleans, opening or closing cleans as scheduled following the Companies procedures
• High work standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision
• Vacuum and dust clean carpets, rugs and draperies
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings
• Empty and clean trash containers
• Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers
• Wipe down glass surfaces
• Make up beds and change linens as required
• Tidy up rooms
• Wash windows as scheduled
• Sort, wash, load and unload laundry
• Sort, fold and put away clean laundry
• Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
• Adhere strict rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
• Any other related duties requested from the Management and Directory of the Company

Requirements:

• English and Greek language
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Easy to adapt and sense of style
• Act fast under pressure
• Polite and Team player
• Technology oriented (Android system)
