Qualifications

3+ years’ experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant in a law, corporate services, or accounting firm.

Native Greek speaker. Fluent in English. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.

Advanced typing skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a team-based environment.

University qualifications would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and other lawyers.

Type, edit and format legal and non-legal documents and correspondence.

Administer the office case filing system.
-
Liaise with corporate advisers such as accountants, banks and social insurance agencies.

Assist with accounting, office payments and reporting.

Handle phone calls and communications with clients and staff.
