Junior Accountant
EXSUS LTD is an accounting firm and is responsible for a smooth payment run, preparation of various accounting reports and trusted contact about payments. In order to further expand this set-up in line with the interests of our customers, we are looking to hire a JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT for our offices in Nicosia or Limassol.
Criteria
- Holder of an accounting related certificate
- Recent relevant experience / graduates to be considered
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Dynamic communication skills and high sense of responsibility
Responsibilities
- Maintain proper accounting records
- Coding and posting of incoming invoices
- Issuing and posting of outgoing invoices
- Prepare bank and reconciliations
- Posting of Bank Statements in accounting software
- Communication with clients and agents
- Prepare accounting related reports and assist supervisor
