Job Responsibilities
- Dealing with the suppliers and handling logistics requirements
- Processing commercial invoices and orders to clients in the system
- Monitoring internal data
- General administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office
Qualifications
- High School leaving certificate
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Any previous experience with Purchasing will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Any basic bookkeeping knowledge will be considered an advantage
- Excellent administration and time management skills are a must
- Superior Excel skills are highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail
